- сельдерей – 200 гр.
- масло гхи – для обжарки,
- соль – по вкусу,
- специи: куркума, асафетида, карри, чилли, перец черный.
Приготовление:
Очистить сельдерей, нарезать соломкой (как на картошку фри). Нагреть сковороду, положить масло гхи, добавить специи. Обжарить сельдерей до готовности. В конце посолить.
