- картошка 5 – шт.
- морковь – 1 шт.
- сыр скаморца – 100 гр.
- специи: горчица черная, карри, куркума, перец черный, соль по вкусу.
Приготовление:
Нарезать брусочками морковь. В разогретую сковороду добавить гхи и специи, обжарить морковь. Добавить картошку. Когда овощи будут готовы добавить соль и сыр, нарезанный кубиками. Уменьшить огонь и накрыть крышкой до расплавления сыра.
