- тыква – 200 гр.;
- морковь – 1 шт.;
- болгарский перец – 1 шт.;
- панир – для подачи;
- зелень – для подачи;
- специи: горчица черная, асафетида, карри, куркума, перец чилли, черный перец, соль.
- гхи – для жарки.
Отварить маш отдельно до готовности, перебить блендером. На сковороде слегка обжарить все специи (по вкусу). Добавить нарезанные кубиком овощи и обжарить до готовности: морковь, перец болгарский и тыкву.
Вскипятить воду в кастрюле, добавить маш и овощи. Довести до кипения.
Панир нарезать кубиками обжарить в гхи и специях. Добавлять при подаче. Украсить зеленью.
