- шпинат – 300 гр.;
- панир – 250 гр.;
- цветная капуста – 200 гр.;
- перец болгарский – 1 шт. (средняя);
- специи: горчица черная, асафетида, перец черный, куркума, карри, чили, соль (по вкусу);
- гхи – для обжарки 2-3 ст.л.
Приготовление:
На сковороде растопить гхи, добавить специи. Добавить перец и капусту, обжарить до полуготовности. Нарезать панир кубиком и обжарить вместе с овощами. Шпинат хорошо промыть в воде и нарезать, добавить к овощам и паниру. Шпинат пустит сок и слегка уменьшится в размерах. Потушить все вместе 3 минуты.
