- мука – 250 гр.
- молоко – 100 мл. (в зависимости от муки);
- масло гхи – 60 гр.
- соль – по вкусу;
- сода – пол чайной ложки;
- лимонная кислота – пол чайной ложки.
Приготовление:
Просеять муку, добавить лимонную кислоту и соду, соль. Добавить масло и вливая молоко замесить тесто. Тесто должно получиться эластичным и не прилипать к рукам. Дать отстоятся тесту минут 30. Поделить на два. Раскатать тонким слоем 2 мл. И сделать прямоугольники или треугольники. Выложить на противень, проколоть вилкой. Можно посыпать солью, кунжутом или паприкой. Выпекать при температуре 200 градусов, время зависит от духовки. Крекеры выпекаются очень быстро.
