помидоры – 500 гр.;
кабачок – 1 шт.;
масло Гхи – 2 ст. ложки;
специи: перец, асафетида, карри, чили, куркума, соль, сахар;
зелень – по вкусу.
ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ:
Бланшировать помидоры, перетереть через сито. Поджарить в специях и масле кабачок (нарезанный кубиком). И тушим до готовности. Добавить в кабачок томаты довести до кипения. Добавить немного воды. Соль и сахар по вкусу.
Взбить в блендере до однородной массы. Добавить зелень при подаче. Хлеб можно поджарить.
