- гречка – 200 гр.
- картошка – 1 шт.
- морковь – 1 шт.
- кабачок – 1 шт.
- мука цельнозерновая – 5 ст. л.
- мука нутовая – 2 ст. л.
- мука или манка для панировки,
- специи: перец, асафетида, карри, чили, куркума, соль,
- масло Гхи для обжарки.
Приготовление:
Отварить гречку, растолочь ее толкушкой. Натереть сырые овощи на мелкую терку и отжать лишний сок. Добавить в овощи муку (цельнозерновую и нутовую). Смешать овощи с гречкой. Добавить специи и соль по вкусу. Если много сока, то добавить манку.
Разогреть Гхи на сковородке (масло должно на 0,5 мм покрывать сковородку). Скатать шарики, сформировать котлеты и обвалять в муке или манке. Обжарить котлеты с двух сторон. Потом в течении 3-4 минут довести до готовности на медленном огне.
Подавать с томатным соусом.
