- картошка – 1 кг.
- мука белая – 400 гр.
- специи: перец, асафетида, карри, чили, куркума, соль по вкусу.
- сметана и гхи – для подачи.
Приготовление:
Начинка: Сварить картошку, сделать пюре. Посолить по вкусу. На сковородке растопить 2 ст. л. масла гхи и добавить специи (слегка обжарить). Добавить масло со специями в пюре. Для нежности вместо воды в пюре добавить немного молока.
Тесто: просеять муку. Добавить немного соли. Тесто замешиваем, добавляя небольшими порциями кипяток (благодаря этому тесто после варки будет нежным).
Делим тесто на 2-ве части. И раскатываем, делаем круглые заготовки и лепим вареники. И в морозилку.
